Bucket Wheels

NPS sells and is a parts supplier of Bucket Wheels for dewatering of sand and gravel also dredge feeds.  Using dewatering Bucket Wheels from Custom Dredge Works and Bosch Rexroth we can handle whatever Tons Per Hour (TPH) your application requires.  After consultation, Northern Process Systems can recommend the size Bucket Wheel and screen sizes to get you operational.

NPS offers Bucket Wheels to dewater slurry from dredges, which allows material to be Conveyed, rather than pumped the remaining distance to your processing plant.  Bucket Wheels can also be used in the plant to Dewater sand products allowing the abillity to handle a significantly greater volume of water than sand screws, and to reduce loss of fine sand with the unique Weir System.

These Bucket Wheels run on hydraulics and have variable speed controls to help better dewater the sand.  The wheel rpm will adjust based on the incoming tonnage, if tonnage is high the wheel speeds up, when tonnage is reduced the wheel will slow down.  Due to the variable speed, Bucket Wheels have a very low wear cost.
